Job Title: Property Manager

Salary: $55,000-85000/year (current)

Location: San Francisco, CA

Job Description: Oversee the daily operations of residential and mixed-use properties, manage rent collection, resolve tenant issues, coordinate maintenance and enforce lease compliance. Specific duties include:

· Overseeing apartment turnover and leasing

· Managing Move-In / Move-Out processes, repairs, cleaning, and inspections

· Corresponding with residential and commercial tenants regarding repairs, lease terms, and violations

· Handling after-hour emergency calls

· Drafting and serving legal notices, including 3-Day Notices and unlawful detainers

· Supervising resident managers and ensure tenant issues are handled appropriately

· Coordinating maintenance, obtaining bids, and meeting contractors onsite

· Reviewing and assisting with commercial and residential lease agreements

· Approving rental applicants and update lease forms and applications

· Working with government agencies to ensure property compliance

· Overseeing and tracking capital improvements

· Approving vendor and contractor invoices

· Monitoring and summarizing property insurance policies

· Calculating and serving rent increases

· Handling rent collection and partner communication regarding delinquencies

Educational Requirement: High School Diploma

License: Real estate broker’s license or property management license.

Experience Requirement: 2 Years of Experience as a Property Manager

Skills Required:

General understanding of rent control and landlord/tenant laws

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

Travel Requirements: Approximately 95% of the properties are in San Francisco, typically 2-7 miles from our office. Depending on how busy we are, usually visit 2–3 properties a day.

Supervision: Position does not supervise employees
